Sales of Samsung’s Galaxy S III smartphone have increased following Apple’s legal victory over the South Korean manufacturer in a patent infringement case.
Customers appear to have rushed out to buy the Galaxy S III, with some stores running out of stock of the smartphone, according to a report from Global Equities Research.

OLD BRIDGE, N.J. – At least three people have died in a shooting at a central New Jersey supermarket early Friday, a law enforcement official said.
The person believed to be the shooter is among the dead, a law enforcement official briefed on the shooting told The Associated Press. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the shooting took place in a different jurisdiction.
