He has the balls to lie on the tracks and let a train pass over him. It is probably a very good idea not to do it yourself, surely you can find a safer way to get a thrill. Sometimes people put a camera under the track as a prank, but this is proof of someone lying under the train. I can't wait to see a video where a couple make out and come to a climax once the train finishes.
